This blog started out as a blog about New Jersey and what was happening in this great state. I was hooked! I love both writing and photography!

New Jersey:

New Jersey gets a bad rap. It is a beautiful state in many ways.

Yes, the view from the Turnpike is ugly, but every state has an industrial section. Trust me, New Jersey has beautiful sandy beaches and gorgeous countryside. I hope to take photos of all of it! New Jersey also has a proud part in the history of the United States, dating back to pre-Revolutionary War days.

The funny thing is that after I started writing about New Jersey, the state suddenly became cool. I think The Sopranos started it. 

By the way, I don’t know anyone who acts like the cast members of certain “reality” shows set in New Jersey. Many of these actors are NOT from New Jersey anyway!
